Finally, A Well Earned Free Pass For Nurses When Getting A Loan

There has been a bit happening in the property landscape lately . I have a few quick updates to keep you in the loop.

The Queensland government did a backflip on their controversial new land tax

Not surprising but it does beg the question, what planet the QLD lawmakers were on when they came up with the original brilliant idea!!
Anyhow, the good news is that it will not be happening and if you want to learn more, check out this article.

In another radical move by the Queensland Government, their archaic granny flat rule has been changed in an attempt to free up rental properties.

A homeowner with a granny flat is now able to rent their granny flat out. Very progressive and very welcome.  Now we need Victoria and South Australia to follow suit. More details are here.

St George bank has released a new product for nurses where they are able to borrow up to 90% LVR  without Lenders’ mortgage insurance.

It’s about time the people who are the backbone of our medical system got a break. Of course, there is the usual small print including: You must have an income of $90,000 and cannot include your partner’s income.

This is a game changer for nurses wanting to build wealth with renovating. If you qualify, you can borrow up to 90% without paying thousands in LMI. Check out this Tiktok video.

I just wanted to touch base and say how incredibly thankful I am that I signed up for your course! I have learned so much since beginning the course! … Your course has well and truly paid for itself and that’s only one year of premiums, not to mention how much we will save knowing what we didn’t know previously when we take on our next project. (We are) feeling empowered by the knowledge we have now! So thank you a million times over!

Been through the Bootcamp, Bernadette and Stephen are very caring, pragmatic, great at what they do, and financially savvy. Definitely not the infamous fluffy feel good type of seminar. Of course, these kind of works require lots of on the ground learning. However, having such an experienced and genuinely caring mentor provides lots of support and confidence to get projects up and going, and ultimately building wealth.
