The property market is always changing. Values go up, and values go down. Occasionally something significant happens that causes a big change in the property market. About every decade, you will see a significant movement in the distribution of wealth.
I consider these events to be portals that allow you to get into the market. They allow you to significantly improve your financial position, and more rapidly, than any other time.
Right now, interest rates have never been lower. In my long renovating history of more than thirty years, I have never seen interest rates this low.
In the Nineties, I was working on the biggest project I had done up to that point. We had a flutter in the market. Because I didn’t have the right information about funding, I thought I had to sell those properties. And we did, without making a profit. It was a real tragedy. Soon after, the value of properties skyrocketed.
Now Is The Right Time To Renovate
With this experience in mind, I believe that now is the right time to renovate. You are poised to capture a once-in-a-lifetime window of opportunity.
To be able to take advantage of the changes that are occurring in the property market now, you need to arm yourself with the correct tools. I don’t want you to make the same mistakes I made all those decades ago.
Poor decisions are made through a lack of knowledge. If I had known what I know now, I wouldn’t have made the mistakes I made in the Nineties that cost me my profits.
